Wireless Welcome Chime & Alerting System
(2) Door sensor-transmitter and (1) Wireless receiver-sounder
The Mr. Chime,® Inc. Model RE1 alerting system consists of (2) battery operated motion sensors, that senses the "body heat" emitted by person crossing the field of detection and sends a wireless signal by the built-in RF transmitter, over 200' away to the remote receiver with two "selectable", volume controlled, pleasant electronic alerting sounds.
Sensor #1, placed near the front entry of the “open house” property, with the door left open or closed, will provide a pleasant, volume controlled, welcome “ding dong” alerting melody when a client enters the property.
Sensor #2, strategically positioned in an area where the personal property, (such as a purse or laptop computer) of the real estate agent would be vulnerable. When the real estate agent’s concentration is directed to the features of the property and if someone enters the protected “personal property area”, the sensor will detect and send a different, "chirp chirp" alerting melody, so the focus can be directed toward "the personal" property instead of the “property”.
